CITY OF SEBASTOPOL
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTOPOL
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE ANNUAL CONTRACTS WHEREAS, the City of Sebastopol maintains contracts for goods and services; and WHEREAS, upon the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget, it is the responsibility of the departments to oversee the operation and maintenance of services to seek the City Council’s approval for renewal of these annual contracts to ensure that the City’s services continue to be managed effectively; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Sebastopol hereby:
Approve the contracts listed below and Authorize the City Manager to Execute these contracts:
1. Renewal of Contract with Muchmore Than Consulting
2. Renewal of Contract with Marin IT
3. Renewal of Contract with Phillips Seabrook Associates The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed, approved, and adopted at a meeting by the City Council on the 6th day of August 2024.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City of Sebastopol City Council by the following vote:
