Dear Madam Mayoress and Council Members,
I’m an organizer with the Coalition to End Factory Farming (CEFF), the ballot committee behind Measure J.
I hear that Sebastopol City Council may be voting on a resolution to oppose Measure J. There is a lot of misinformation about the measure going around, so I'm reaching out to send short video CEFF made explaining the ordinance and CAFO definitions in a bit more detail.
I'm also attaching a position paper to help clarify the reasons behind the measure, and the expected impact.
