Noteworthy Information:
1. Woodmark project will be wrapping up by September 27 and I am expecting move in’s to start around October 3. The only follow up will be the iron fence on the west side as that will not be delivered for about 60 days. I will issue temporary Certificates of Occupancy at the end of this month with official Certificates of Occupancy when fence is installed. Fire, Engineering, and Planning will be doing their final inspections next week.
2. Huntley Square project appears to be moving forward with grading expected to start this month and possibly permit issuance before the first of the year or shortly after. Ten small detached homes ranging in size from 450 square feet up to just over 600 square feet.
3. Elderberry Commons project is moving forward and anticipating completion around Christmas.
Just this week they are wrapping up electrical and plumbing work and have started putting sheetrock on the walls.
4. Meet with St Vincent DePaul about the affordable project at north end of town. Agreed to issue permits for the project in two phases with foundation only being the first permit and the rest of the building permit coming later. This will allow them to hopefully get foundations started a little earlier and prior to rain.
