Noteworthy Information
1. Woodmark Project is Complete and people should start moving in soon.
2. Woodmark project has not received enough applications to fill the available units as of today. They are working on getting information out to more people as we speak.
3. Canopy project plans are in for plan check and they are pushing to get started as soon as possible.
4. Huntley Square plans are in for plan check, but un-fortunately they are less committed about starting immediately.
5. Had an impromptu meeting with Greg Beale about the Livery Project downtown, and that project has run into some issue. Does not look to be starting anytime soon, and in fact the project may be scaled back substantially and just some rehab of the existing structure instead of the large-scale addition.
6. Barlow Hotel has asked for permit fee estimates, which I am working on, in anticipation of completing their Development Agreement.
