Water
1. Coordinated with residents to complete lead and copper sampling required by the State Water Board.
2. Completed inspections of water meter boxes for lead service inventory required by the State Water Board.
3. Coordinated with Burbank management and maintenance staff to shut off water to a building to replace a 2” water meter.
Streets
1. Removed and replaced two street trees on Main St.
Parks
1. Replaced two sections of failing pathway in Ives Park to improve pedestrian safety from parking lot to pool and playground.
2. Planted two oak trees in Ives to replace a Willow tree that failed.
Government Buildings
1. Painted the exterior overhang and window trim at the museum in preparation for an upcoming event.
2. Removed, repaired and reinstalled door at City Hall.
Parking Lots
1. Trimmed vegetation to improve visibility for vehicle and pedestrian safety.
Ives Pool
1. Coordinated with contractor to replace pool heater that was reaching the end of its useful life.
2. Replaced and painted siding on pool shed.
3. Repainted exterior of the office and staff locker room facing the pool deck.
4. Removed two failing wood benches on pool deck and replaced with two composite benches.
