Call to Order: Mayor Rich called the Regular Meeting to Order at 5:02 pm.

REMOTE PARTICIPATION UNDER AB 2449 (IF NEEDED): To consider and take action on any request from a Council Member to participate in a meeting remotely due to Just Cause or Emergency Circumstances pursuant to AB 2449 (Government Code Section 549539(f)). There was none. All Councilmembers were in person.

Mayor Rich adjourned the City Council Meeting Closed Session of November 4, 2024 at 8:24 pm to the City Council Regular Meeting of Tuesday, November 5, 2024 scheduled for 6:00 pm at the Sebastopol Youth Annex, 425 Morris Street.
