Good afternoon City Council Members,
This is absolutely crazy that you would even consider raising ANY city employee's salary when you cannot even balance your budget. You are asking the community members to support Measure U even though have done a poor job in managing funds. Your timing of this is absolutely insane, do you think that no one is paying attention due the the election tomorrow? You should be ashamed of yourselves.
