Check out item number 8. They want to give the City Clerk a $46,700 raise. This is NOT in the approved FY24/25 budget. This doesn't t seem legal or fair. A small increase in pay is what 90% of the working class get...so how is this huge raise justified? HOW IS THIS RAISE CALCULATED? Also what DATA WAS COLLECTED TO COMPARE SALERIES....LIKE similar positions with similar job duties, city size, close by counties?? How is this huge huge raise justified? The costs of water & taxes have gone up for most people without a $46,000 annual raise? Clearly this is a mistake! As well as the time placement for the meeting itself! Seems super suspicious
