Dear Council and City Staff,
I read the news that Judge Westmore has sided with the City of Sebastopol and its residents in the Yesue et al case.

I urge you to begin enforcement immediately. Citizens have waited over 8 months and spent over $500,000 to regain safe access to their streets and sidewalks.

Citizens had to spend an extraordinary amount of public funds in order regain simple access to the streets and roads, which they pay for via property and sales tax.

Sebastopol has the highest per capita of homeless housing in Sonoma County.

Sebastopol has financially and socially extended itself beyond its capacity in regard to trying to help homeless individuals. As Sebastopol is now in a dire financial situation, it is time to put resources back into services which are critical for tax paying businesses and residents.

Best,
Kate Haug
