Noteworthy Information:
1. SR 116 Enhanced Crossings at Burnett, Keating, Hutchins, Walker – staff is reviewing draft maintenance agreement provided by Caltrans that incorporates the new safety enhancement improvements and will forward to city attorney for legal review.
2. Bodega Avenue Bike Lanes and Rehab Phase I – Final reimbursement amount has been approved and sent to the City. The federal grant covers 88.42%, or $1,077,026.43.
3. Pavement Management Program (PMP) –streets pavement inspections quality assurance (QA) report was received and reviewed by staff. The draft pavement management report is anticipated for review in December and the public draft will be presented to Council in April 2025.
4. The SB 1 Local Streets and Roads Expenditure Report for FY 23-24 has been submitted to, and deemed complete by, the California Transportation Commission (CTC).
5. The Canopy Final Map and Improvement Plans have been completed and accepted at staff level.
Staff is bringing an item to Council at the December 17th meeting for approving an improvement agreement and filing the final map.
6. The final design plans for Zimpher Creek Sewer Relocation Part 1 project #0604-37.00 have been completed. The project will reduce flows to the Zimpher Creek sewer main by rerouting the flows from Covert Lane to Healdsburg Avenue and will prevent and reduce potential sewer overflows. The project is scheduled for construction in the next fiscal year.
