Dear Council Members and Staff,
I am happy to see that 200 South Main street is converting units to residential spaces. This is an excellent idea and will bring more housing to downtown Sebastopol, close to jobs and amenities. 200 South Main is perfect for this conversion as it has plenty of parking for tenants.

I hope that the Planning Department will contact other landlords like the Livery across the I am also encouraged by seeing the discussion of Care Court in the Police Department report. As Council are aware, there are 4 chronically homeless men in Sebastopol who need long-term and stable mental health treatment. Hopefully, the Police Department can start working with the County to get people the treatment they need and deserve rather than suffering on the streets of Sebastopol in the rain and the cold.

Thank you for these regular reports.
