Hello,
I have heard that the city of Sebastopol is thinking of stopping their contract with recology. I would like to state that PGE rates have gone tremendously up in the last few years and now recology is going to be replaced by a more expensive and less green service. I would like to express, as a single mother, renter, living of one income, that I am not sure how it will be possible to continue living in this county that I absolutely adore and am actively part of as a business owner, mother and citizen...how can choices be made for the people again? And how can Sonoma county protect its citizens instead of pushing them out so more wealthy people move in from other places? I hope recology remains our garbage and recycle place, as they are amazing and have always shown so much professionalism.
Thanks for taking the time to read my request,
sincerely,
