City Council,
Please advise residents as to why a change in garbage service is being considered, on the next door app string. people are concerned about higher rates. Is this true it seems like everything is becoming more expensive. I hope this is an informed decision that is in the best interest of the residence of Sebastopol. This means the service with the best rates and service provided.
