I strongly urge you to retain the contract with Recology.
RCRR's proposal will cost more (all factors taken into account); they will take the waste out of the County for processing increasing the carbon footprint; and Recology is owner owned.
Staff’s analysis of this proposed contract is defective and consequently so are the recommendations.
