Noteworthy Information
1. Woodmark has placed about a dozen tenants to date and they are continuing with leasing efforts. It does appear that they have loosened requirements slightly, as they have a landscaper I am familiar with as a new tenant.
2. Elderberry Commons will begin move-ins around the twentieth of January. They have gotten final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy as of January 9, 2025.
3. Canopy Project has been cleared through plan check and their permits are ready to issue. We do not anticipate them beginning before late March or so to avoid ground work in the rain.
4. The small Habitat project is in the same position; permits are ready to issue but they would prefer to start after rainy season.
5. 22 Unit affordable project on the north end of town is pushing hard on the plan submittal scheduled for later this month. Their goal is the same as above as they would like to start as soon as rain quits.
