Hi -
I oppose your policy of restricting or channeling the access of members of the press, or just plain old citizens for that matter, to employees of the City of Sebastopol. Let there be free and open communication between all levels of City government and the press or ordinary citizens without the hindrance of "channeling".
Shame on you for adopting such a policy.
