Subject: New “Limitations” with the press

I am writing to ask council members to oppose the new policies that strangle the flow of information for the press.
We depend on transparent, up to date, honest reporting and the new Limitations make that very difficult. It is my understanding that at least several of these new Limitations are violations of the 1st Amendment and thus need to be dropped. Please act in the best interest of the citizens of Sebastopol and continue to allow free, uni led ed access to all of the representatives of our city government. This is Sebastopol, NOT, Washington DC.
