Dear City Council and Staff,
I am writing in regard to the oversight committees for Measure U and the Water and Sewer Enterprise Funds.
I support both and think they are necessary for good and transparent communication with the public and ratepayers.
The Water and Sewer Oversight Committee should be focused on financials, infrastructure upgrades and funding, fire-fighting water infrastructure and maintenance and water quality.
I hope the Council approves both of these needed and necessary oversight committees.
