CITY OF SEBASTOPOL
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTOPOL ADOPTING A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY’S REVISED PUBLICY AVAILABLE PAY SCHEDULE, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024, REVISED MAY 6, 2025 WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Sebastopol has established, approved, and adopted a fair and equitable compensation plan with pay ranges for approved classifications; and WHEREAS, The California Code of Regulationssection 570.5 requires a publicly available pay schedule that is current and accurate and reflects the position title for every employee position and shows the pay rate for each identified position; and
WHEREAS, The pay ranges on the attached pay schedule supersede any prior pay ranges and may be changed only upon approval of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of Sebastopol hereby adopts this Resolution approving the City’s Revised Publicly Available Pay Schedule, effective July 1, 2024, revised May 6, 2025 The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed, approved, and adopted at a meeting by the City Council on the 6th of May 2025
