Good Day
My name is Rod Helvey and I am currently the Hub leader for the Sebastopol Neighborhood Communications Unit. I’m privileged to be a contributor to the ongoing effort to develop a radio communication network to aid neighbors helping neighbors when all standard means are unavailable.
I enthusiastically support all efforts to bring CERT and FRS/GMRS/HAM radio networks into Sebastopol’s ER toolbox.
