NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Sebastopol has scheduled a public hearing to fulfill the public protest hearing requirements in the Street and Highways Code. Upon its conclusion, the City Council shall consider adoption of Resolution Approving the Engineer’s report, confirming the assessment diagram and the annual assessments and authorize the levying of annual assessments for FY 2025-26 for the City of Sebastopol Lighting Special Assessment District.
The City Council Regular Meeting will be held in Person and Virtual /Remote Participation.
In Person Location: Sebastopol Youth Annex, 425 Morris Street, Sebastopol, CA 95472.
Remote/Virtual Participation: Zoom Link is to be used for providing public comment/Vimeo is utilized for viewing only of Meeting.
The public may also view the meeting by use of Vimeo. Important Notice: The City of Sebastopol shows both live broadcasts and Video Archive of City Council Meetings over the Internet. Your attendance at this public meeting may result in the recording and broadcast of your image and/or voice. Videos are available for one year from date of meeting.

Anyone interested may attend in person, by phone or by computer and be heard at this meeting. Zoom Information for remote/virtual participation will be available 72 hours prior to the City Council meeting.
SUBMITTING COMMENTS: For staff report inclusion, all comments must be received one week prior to the meeting date. Comments shall be submitted by email to [email protected] or mailed/left at City of Sebastopol City Hall located at 7120 Bodega Avenue, or you may also leave a voice mail that will be made a part of the public record. Please call (707) 823 7863 to leave a message (by recording or comments provided verbally to City staff). If recorded, your voice mail will be transcribed and provided to the City Clerk as a public record (utilizing the two minutes for public comment) but will not be read into the minutes at the City Council meeting.
Comments received after posting of the agenda will be provided to the Council and made part of the public record.
If you challenge this ordinance in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Sebastopol, at, or prior to, the public hearing.
