Exactly what are taxpayers paying for in our water and sewer bills? It would be helpful to know exactly, down to the penny, how much of my water and sewer bill is being spent on delivering water and taking away wastewater to my home.

“Services from administrative functions”? Exactly who is spending so much time on water and sewer? The city manager, the city clerk, the city attorney? And how much time are they spending and exactly what are they doing? Looking forward to the response.
