Noteworthy Information
• Canopy is moving forward. First building pad has been completed.
Expecting ground plumbing and foundation work to begin next week.
School next to project raised some questions this week. Hopefully their issues were resolved by email.
• Seems we might again have a slight delay with Gravenstein Commons project. In latest discussions is appears will now start before end of month, but there does seem to be one delay after another.
• In talking to Habitat this week they are relaying that they have sorted out their issues and project should move forward in next week or so. • We are continuing to receive communication from Grocery Outlet about there move into the existing Rite-Aid store on main street. Seems the change is moving forward and may start in the next month or so.
