Dear City Council,
I've read through the budget and I'm very concerned about the one-time money from the Barlow hotel permit fees being included on the income side. This is One Time money and should never be included in a budget for ongoing regular expenses.
It's that type of foolishness that is a part of how we got in the mess we're in? Sincerely,
