RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTOPOL APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF SEBASTOPOL
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26
_____________________________________________________________________________________ WHEREAS, the Budget Committee has reviewed and the Interim City Manager has recommended and submitted to the City Council a proposed operating budget for the City of Sebastopol for the fiscal year 2025-26; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing to consider the operating budget on June 3, 2025, June 17, 2025, which was continued to July 1, 2025; and WHEREAS, the Council has extensively considered the expenditures provided in the proposed Budget, together with any revisions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Sebastopol that the proposed operating budget for Fiscal Year 2025-26, is hereby approved and adopted as the operating budget for the City of Sebastopol for fiscal year 2025-26.
