We are relatively new to the neighborhood. We bought our house at only 3 years ago.
The best decision we ever made was moving to Sebastopol from our longtime home in South Lake Tahoe. (40 years) PORCHFEST is one fantastic musical event. Our front yard was used for the folks to sit and enjoy the music a couple of doors down. It was our pleasure. We reconnected with folks we know from the IVES POOL, and friends from a couple of blocks away.
