Homeless Coordinator duplicating County efforts
The presentation from Mr. Sullivan documented extensive services offered by the county to the homeless.
The data from the 2025 Point-in-time Count is strongly suggestive of homeless moving from West County where they may be receiving county services into Sebastopol where presumably they continue to be on the county list.
Paying for a homeless coordinator to try to provide services for a handful of homeless that may be already on county roles and benefiting from a cross functional team from the county seems like a duplication of effort and a cost the city cannot afford.
