Noteworthy Information
1. Canopy project is finally fully underway with foundation work for models completed. Lumber will be delivered on September 3, 2025 and we should see actual construction that same day.
2. Gravenstein Commons has begun the grading on-site. The new hold-up appears to be the CalTrans Encroachment permit so they can get started on the utilities install.
3. Continued meeting with the Barlow Hotel Folks on some value engineering. They are attempting to lower overall costs on the construction of the building without sacrificing any code or esthetics for the building.
4. We have had some inquires about the empty parcel next to Big-O-Tire about the possibility of putting a commercial project on site. The project would be a daytime car wash similar to several that have been recently built in Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa.
