RESOLUTION NO. 6705-2025
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTOPOL APPROVING TASK ORDER 2 WITH WOOD RODGERS INC.
FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE FLOOD RESILIENCY MASTER PLAN WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Capital Improvement Project for the preparation of the Flood Resiliency Master Plan (Project) in the adopted Fiscal Year 2024-25 Capital Improvement Plan and carried over the Project in the adopted Fiscal Year 2025-26 Capital Improvement Plan; and WHEREAS, the City released a Request for Qualifications to their Prequalified List of Consultants on May 27, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City received two Statements of Qualifications and Wood Rodgers Inc. was ranked as the most qualified firm and invited to submit a Proposal for the Project; and WHEREAS, the Proposal from Wood Rodgers, dated August 19, 2025 was reviewed by City staff and determined to be responsive, fair and reasonable; and
WHEREAS, Wood Rodgers Inc. has a Master Services Agreement with the City for on-call engineering services dated July 16, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Sebastopol does hereby approve Task Order 2 to the Master Services Agreement dated July 16, 2025 with Wood Rodgers Inc. for the preparation of the Flood Resiliency Master Plan CIP#0711-23.05 for amount not to exceed $152,130.00 and authorizes the Interim City Manager to sign the Task Order.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed, approved, and adopted at a meeting by the City Council on the 16th day of September 2025.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City of Sebastopol City Council by the following vote:
