I live in the neighborhood and enjoyed the pre-Woodmark lot with its marvelous apple orchard, but I'm glad the present residents of the former orchard are in place.
I'm asking the City to do the right thing by the extant residents and therefore do all in its power to prevent the residents from being evicted after they just moved in.
The development company that accepted 'farmworker' money and did not (with two exceptions) lease to farmworkers should be held liable for deceit and deprived of its monetary gain.
ALL Woodmark residents should be able to look to the City of Sebastopol for protection.
