Hello, City Council members & Attorney Mog,
we are reaching out concerning the current residents of Woodmark apartments. We urge the City Council to adopt an urgent Just Cause Eviction Ordinance.
How this has all unfolded is truely unfair and unjust for the residents of the complex. The developer should be held accountable in this situation. All of these hard working people, families and community members should not be faced with loosing their homes in such an unfair way.
We respectfully ask the City Council to protect these residents homes and economic stability and move forward with this in an honest and equitable way so they can continue living here and contributing as a part of this community.
Your understanding and consideration is greatly appreciated.
