Mayor Zollman and Sebastopol City Council Members:
I am a friend of Beth Gallock and was so happy for her when she found a suitable place to live and moved into Woodmark. And now she is being kicked out through no fault of her own.
Not only is Beth low income, but she is also the sole caretaker for her husband who has dementia. This unjust eviction is absolutely unconscionable, and a solution must be found so Beth and her husband are not forced to join the homeless.
