Noteworthy Information
1. Canopy project is finally fully underway with the sales office open. Permits for the second building (5 more units) have been issued in the first week of November. All utilities are in the street and inspected for phase one. Curb and gutter and paving are complete for the first phase.
Foundation for second building in-progress
2. Gravenstein Commons is installing underground sewer and water lines. Pad one is complete ready to start foundation work. Should have utilities in and pad certs for all four building by midNovember. Only remaining utility un-finished is the water line connection on the opposite side of the street.
3. On-going meeting with a developer out of Stockton for the church site on Valentine Av. The proposed development is twenty homes with 20 ADU’s and is just in the pre-development stage.
The project intends to sell the homes and ADU’s separately under a new law approved by the state this past year.
4. Habitat project has foundation work complete and has started vertical wood walls.
