DearMayor Stephen Zollman, Vice Mayor Phill Carter, and Councilmembers Neysa Hinton, Jill McLewis, and Sandra Maurer,
I am writing in support of AB1033. This would increase housing inventory in our town which has very little space for new housing. This will create a new class of more affordable homes, and they're already built! Please help create more affordable housing in our town for young people, families, elderly people and the people who work in our town but can't afford a million dollar home.
