Dear Council Members and Planning Commission,
I urge you to say no to Grocery Outlet.
Sebastopol already has many fine grocery stores. Andy’s, Fircrest, Community Market and Pacific Market are all locally owned small businesses. Please do not undercut our outstanding, local small businesses by allowing a discount chain into downtown Sebastopol.
I urge you to reach out to the property owner to let them know the property could be developed into housing. The site is perfect for infill housing and has adequate space for parking and would be wonderful for family sized units.
Stop Grocery Outlet from coming into downtown Sebastopol. We need to support our local small businesses.
