Subject: Proposed Grocery Outlet in Sebastopol
Date: Friday, February 13, 2026 5:54:29 PM
To the Sebastopol City Council,
I am opposed to addition of a Grocery Outlet store in Sebastopol at the former Rite Aid location. We already have many grocery stores that provide much of what you would find at a Grocery Outlet, and I do not see why we need another that would take business away from our existing businesses. Should people want to shop at Grocery Outlet, they have stores in Rohnert Park, Santa Rosa, Windsor, and Petaluma.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Bill Chetel
