Please do not allow Grocery Outlet to occupy the former Rite Aid space. We already have 7 grocery stores in our community, 4 of them locally owned. A new grocery store will not bring in added revenue for the city, it will merely re distribute it. It will hurt the independent stores that create character for our community. These smaller independent outlets will not be able to match prices in a price war. They will likely have to lay off workers. They may even close. This would be a huge loss for Sebastopol. There are other options for that space - let's explore them. Thank you.
