Dear Members of the Sebastopol City Council,
Please do not waste too much of your meeting time or any of the city staff’s time exploring two-way traffic on Main Street. As a friend of mine who was once mayor of Sebastopol told me, this topic has already come up countless times in the past and, no matter what kind of proposal is developed, CalTrans will never approve it without a viable Highway 116 Sebastopol bypass. Never.
