Six (6) new planning applications received; 2 processed and approved; 1 denied • Use Permit for outdoor marketplace at 6770 McKinley (approved) • Formula Business Use Permit application at 218 N Main St (incomplete) • Tree Removal Permit at 601 1st Street (denied)
• Sign Permit at 800 Gravenstein Hwy North (incomplete) • Use Permit at 6921 McKinley (expansion of Farm Market in WestAmerica parking lot) • Pre-app to rebuild SFD + add ADU at 488 Petaluma Avenue in CO zone (completed) Continued working on our existing planning applications, including Covert Lane lot split and Valentine Avenue major subdivision
