Subject: Grocery Outlet Public Comment
Dear Council Members,
I strongly oppose Grocery Outlet taking over the old Rite Aid building. We do not need yet another grocery store to take business away from local mom&pop stores, only to compete with nearby and compatible grocery stores.
We need something the uniquely benefits Sebastopolians, filling a niche that needs filling.
Something that adds to the unique character of Sebastopol, not something that makes it just the same as anywhere USA.
