NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Sebastopol has scheduled a Public Hearing to consider an appeal from Ricardo Oliveira regarding the Planning Department’s determination that the proposed restaurant is a permitted use at 8050 Bodega Avenue (CG Zoning) and does not require additional parking, as well as the Sebastopol Planning Commission’s approval of an Alcohol Use Permit at their February 24, 2026, regular meeting. The appeal was filed on March 2, 2026, within the 7-day appeal period for the Planning Commission’s approval.

If recorded, your voicemail will be limited to two minutes, transcribed, and provided to the City Clerk as a public record, but will not be read into the minutes at the City Council meeting. Comments received after posting of the agenda will be provided to the Council and made part of the public record.
If you challenge this decision in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Sebastopol, at, or prior to, the public hearing.
