I am inquiring about the property at 7958 Bodega Avenue. I realize that the property has gotten the permits for building in 2022. My concern is the large turf that both intrudes into the Bodega Avenue, and the lack of any sidewalk for pedestrians. I am 77 years old and depend on walks around town to maintain my health. This particular impediment has always puzzled me. It appears to be a holdover from some 19th century property line. I don't know the history of accidents there, but I've always felt it dangerous to walk around the impediment. Are there any plans to remove it and build a proper sidewalk?
