Subject: Mary Gourley as City Manager
Dear Council
I am delighted that you have recognized what an asset Mary is to Sebastopol, and are moving to make her our City Manager. You could not ask for a better person.
She knows the City better than anyone, and cares about it. Has worked her way up from secretary.
She works fast, and multi-tasks with apparent ease.
Is a sharp intelligent person, but does not act smart.
Treats people well.
Conscientious
Has integrity.
Makes time to listen to people.
Pleasant sense of humor.
Understands people like me.
Thank you, Lynn Deedler
