Dear City Manager Gourley:
I am a long time resident of Burbank Heights & Orchards, and I strongly oppose the insertion of a bicycle trail through this property. I walk around here frequently, and it is more and more difficult to avoid the autos that drive around. The circumference of the property leaves no safe room for pedestrians to walk freely without being constantly on guard to avoid injury from autos. We should be free to wander without being tense and cautious. This Apple Blossom Trail would be dangerous for the residents, and I see no good at all for us.
