Subject: Dear Sebastopol City Council,
I am a resident at Burbank Heights and have lived here for five years. This is a beautiful and safe place for many of us seniors citizens.
I am opposed to the proposed bike and walking trail coming through our neighborhood due to safety issues. As the road enters into the property there is a blind curve just at a bus stop. I always sit and wait behind the bus as it stops to let passengers on or off the bus. However as I patiently wait one of our residents passes me, and the bus, going into the lane for cars exiting Burbank. This seems to me to be a head on collision waiting to happen.
