Subject: Letter of Support: A&M BBQ
Dear Council Members,
I have read the public comments regarding A&M BBQ, and I don't believe that they hold enough merit to shut a small business down. Many of these comments don't hold true when thought about, and I believe we must look at the facts. The facts are that A&M BBQ is not an industrial processing factory of meat, and that they do NOT send any meat products through shipping across county lines.

I just want you to take a look at this statement that was presented to you- it holds no merits, it is completely inaccurate- what this does is hurt a small business in your community.

Each and every weekend people travel from San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento and beyond in order to try A&M BBQ. These people bring money into Sebastopol both at A&M, and going to other locations. By not working directly with A&M BBQ not only will you be hurting the local economy, but also the merit of this council.

Lastly, I would like to bring to light the public comment that was made during a public comment noting that we are causing a public health crisis in Sebastopol. Once again, this baseless claim can be disproven with facts, and this must be looked at. The graph presented below shows the last 11 months of data regarding PM2.5 particulate data from the Petaluma Avenue air quality station. As you can see this data shows that A&M BBQ is clearly not a threat to the public health of the community.

Please consider supporting the small business that is A&M BBQ, create healthy dialogue between community members. They don't want to leave Sebastopol, their staff don't want to lose their jobs.

Sincerely,
Henry Blinoff
