Subject: Advocating for a Fair Resolution for A&M BBQ
I'm writing in support of A&M BBQ restaurant and owners. This small business has been a great addition to the community and I hope to continue to see it flourish.
I hope the council will approach this issue with fairness, transparency, and collaboration.
If the issue is smoke and air quality, there should be a formal assessment and not actions solely based on anecdotal complaints.
This issue should be met with collaboration to find practical solutions. Running a small business is hard, especially a food business. They have passed all health and fire inspections.
Let's help this small business grow and continue to be a great part of our community without adding unnecessary financial burden and hardship. Let's continue to be a welcoming community and not make it harder for small business. We need diverse business ownership to strengthen our community.
