Noteworthy Information:
Canopy: 27 total permits issued to date. All foundations have been poured for the 27 units and four (Models) have been completed and finaled. Remaining 23 issued permits are in some stage between being framed and almost complete. 13 permits to still be pulled in phase one. Anticipating move-ins starting Late JulyEarly August. Currently PG&E has not yet provided power so this date may slide based on power availability. Work is progressing on second phase ground/street/utility for the remaining 40 units. Anticipated completion of infrastructure for second phase by late September.
Huntley Square: Project is moving forward with all ten foundations poured and ready to start framing. Utilities have been completed with the exception of PG&E as there is a 2-inch-high pressure gas line that needs to be relocated before front improvements can be completed. Looking for PG&E to complete that work this month.
Habitat: Project nearing completion (mid-July) but we are not expecting moveuntil late August or early September as there is fed money in the project and the financing/paper work through the fed agency is fairly lengthy. These are ownership units
