RESOLUTION NUMBER: 6775-2026
CITY OF SEBASTOPOL
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTOPOL APPROVING THE CITY’S REVISED PUBLICLY AVAILABLE PAY SCHEDULE, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Sebastopol has established, approved, and adopted a fair and equitable compensation plan with pay ranges for approved classifications; and WHEREAS, the California Code of Regulations section 570.5 requires a publicly available pay schedule that is current and accurate and reflects the position title for every employee position and shows the pay rate for each identified position; and
WHEREAS, the pay ranges on the attached pay schedule supersede any prior pay ranges and may be changed only upon approval of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of Sebastopol hereby adopts this Resolution approving, as set forth in Exhibit A: the City’s Revised Publicly Available Pay Schedule, effective July 1, 2026.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed, approved, and adopted at a meeting by the City Council on the 16th day of June 2026.
