City Council directed staff to:
• Create and Issue RFP for a new Water and Sewer Rate Study • Create and Issue RFP for a new Cost Allocation Plan for Water and Sewer Enterprise Funds • Prepare an agenda item for the July 7 City Council meeting for the Council to authorize the suspension of Tiered Water Rates Effective July 1, 2026 until such time that a rate study is completed. • Prepare an agenda item for July 21 City Council meeting for the Council to authorize forgiveness of the loan by General Fund to the Sewer Enterprise Fund.
